Immune Supporting Shot

Elena 2025-29.jpg

I buy little 2 ounce shot glasses off of amazon. This is a great immune booster during flu season or just an everyday wellness shot.

  • 2 oranges

  • 2 lemons

  • 4 pieces of turmeric (about 2 inches each)

  • 4 pieces of ginger (about 2 inches each)

Put everything in juicer and juice.

If you do not have a juicer you can use a blender and a  cheese cloth to strain.

Pour in little 2 oz shot glasses, and store in the fridge for up to 48 hours- Always, best when fresh!

You can also store in the freezer for up to 3 months and put in the fridge to thaw.

Wellness Bath

I love a good relaxing bath shortly before bedtime. A bath is a great way to relax and unwind.

  • 4 cups of pure Epsom salt

  • 1/2 cup almond oil

  • 6 drops comfrey essential oil

  • 4 drops eucalyptus essential oil

  • 4 drops rosemary essential oil

  • 6 drops bergamot essential oil

Pour the salts into a large bowl and fold in the carrier oil (almond oil). Then add in the essential oils, stirring as needed. Mix the mixture until it is moistened thoroughly. You can add more almond oil if needed. When the tub is one-quarter full add the salt mixture under the faucet.
